During a bout of insomnia I tuned into the 2008 MTV Movie Awards last night. It was suprisingly entertaining — even for this forty something. Mike Meyers and Dana Carvey reunited in a funny Wayne’s World skit, Tom Cruise presented and in what perhaps were the most memorable moments for me, Johnny Depp (rocking a “21 Jump Street” look I might add) accepted awards for comedic performance and best villian.
